The issue was not content. It was the absence of visibility and structure.
Root 2 Rise had a strong mission and meaningful impact, but no digital presence to communicate it. There was no consistent content, no clear messaging, and no system to translate impact into awareness or engagement.

To address this, the approach focused on creating a structured content system that connected storytelling, consistency, and measurable engagement.

Root 2 Rise needed to increase brand awareness and engagement to support program growth and community involvement.
However, the organization lacked:
A defined social media presence
A consistent posting strategy
Clear messaging and calls to action
Content that effectively communicated impact
Without these elements, the organization was not reaching key audiences or leveraging its work to build visibility and support.
The problem was not the quality of the work being done. It was the lack of a system to communicate it.
Solution
Adapt designed and implemented a structured social media system focused on storytelling, consistency, and engagement.
The strategy prioritized building a presence from zero while ensuring all content was aligned with the organization’s mission and audience.
1. Content Strategy
Developed core content categories including student spotlight stories, program highlights, and calls to action
Focused primarily on storytelling to make impact visible and relatable
Incorporated short-form video to increase engagement and reach
2. Platform Strategy
Managed Facebook and LinkedIn with differentiated content tailored to each audience
Aligned messaging to ensure consistency while adapting format and tone by platform
3. Execution System
Implemented a centralized project management system using Monday.com for content planning and approvals
Established templates and structured workflows to ensure consistent output
Maintained alignment through biweekly meetings to gather feedback and refine direction
4. Paid Support (Selective Use)
Deployed paid promotion selectively to support key initiatives, including a fundraising event
Combined organic storytelling with targeted paid amplification to maximize reach and engagement
